1. Manual soaking and cleaning: Prepare a working solution by mixing this product with water in a ratio of 1:10-15. Soak the workpiece in the prepared working solution (with a concentration of 5-10%) for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with flowing pure water for 2-3 minutes, and finally dry it.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning operation process: Mix this product with water in a ratio of 1:15-20 to make a working solution. The workpiece to be cleaned is then subjected to ultrasonic rough cleaning (50-60 ℃), ultrasonic fine cleaning (50-60 ℃), rust proof water rinsing (30-40 ℃), rust proof water rinsing (30-40 ℃), and finally hot air drying.
